Our subacute unit provides multimodal therapy and the clinical team specializes in meeting rehabilitative care, post-acute care, wound care, respiratory care, pain management, intravenous therapy and any other needs that arrive that arise for patients. Subacute rehabilitation services at Greenfield Care Center of Fillmore located in a beautiful Ventura County CA are provided to adult patients for patients who have endured serious traumatic injuries.
